Joao David Garcia Ferraz Scholarship

This scholarship is intended for undergraduate students enrolled in the Real Estate and Economic Development specialization at the Merrick School of Business. This is a merit-based scholarship. Determining factors for the awarding of this scholarship include a candidate’s leadership roles at UBalt and the Merrick School of Business, a candidate’s extracurricular activities, and a candidate’s involvement at both the Merrick School of Business and the community at large.
