Threshold, Inc. Barbara A. Green Scholarship

This scholarship is intended for a Baltimore City high school graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Eligible candidates must demonstrate financial need, per FAFSA. Recipients may receive this scholarship for up to two years, provided their GPA is maintained.
